Orange Amps is an Englishamplifier manufacturing company, noted for their products' distinctive sound and the bright orange Tolex-like covering of their heads and speaker cabinets. The company was founded in 1968 by Cliff Cooper, who decided to build his own amplifiers when vendors refused to supply his West End musical instrument store, Orange Store, due to Cooper's youth and countercultural image.[1] Cooper also founded related companies, including the Orange record label in 1969.
The Crush 12 is the smallest of the full-format Crush models designed for guitarists with a no-nonsense attitude to quality analogue tone. This single channel combo features a powerful 3 band EQ and dedicated Overdrive control for tones ranging from crisp and clean through to vintage Orange crunch.
The Crush 20RT builds on the Crush 20’s winning formula with the addition of a lush digital reverb and an onboard chromatic tuner. This 20W combo is fully analogue, offering two channels, Clean and Dirty, for easy tone-switching via a footswitch. A powerful three-band EQ shapes your sound, while our CabSim-loaded headphone output lets you practise silently with big-stage tone. Whether you're warming up backstage, recording directly, or playing at home, the Crush 20RT delivers unmistakable Orange tone in a no-nonsense package that’s compact, affordable and ready to perform.
The Crush 35RT is the most powerful model in the Crush range, delivering 35 Watts of pure analogue tone through a custom 10” Voice of the World speaker. Designed for guitarists who want bold sound and flexible features without compromising on simplicity, the 35RT includes twin footswitchable channels, an all-analogue signal path, and a built-in tuner for staying sharp mid-session. Add a lush, digital reverb for spatial depth, and a CabSim headphone output for silent practice with a real-amp feel, and you’ve got a gig-ready combo that punches well above its weight. Built to sound great and survive the road.
