Ibanez (アイバニーズ, Aibanīzu) is a Japanese guitar brand owned by Hoshino Gakki.[1] Based in Nagoya, Aichi, Japan, Hoshino Gakki were one of the first Japanese musical instrument companies to gain a significant foothold in import guitar sales in the United States and Europe, as well as the first brand of guitars to mass-produce seven-string and eight-string guitars. Ibanez manufactures effects, accessories, amps, and instruments in Japan, China, Indonesia, and the United States (at a Los Angeles-based custom shop). As of 2017 they marketed nearly 165 models of bass guitar, 130 acoustic guitars, and more than 300 electric guitars. After Gibson and Fender, Ibanez is considered the third biggest guitar brand.[2]
The GRG121DX sports a hardtail bridge that gives you maximum tuning stability, a fast-action maple neck with a flatter-than-Kansas bound New Zealand pine fingerboard, and 24 jumbo frets for the kind of effortless shredding that put Ibanez on the metal map. Cool sharktooth inlays top off the package. You get a whole lot of guitar for the money with the Ibanez GIO GRG121DX
The Ibanez TCY12E Acoustic Guitar Open Pore Natural OPN is a 6-string acoustic guitar, featuring a double cutaway body, with mahogany back and sides, a mahogany neck, a rosewood fretboard, and an open pore natural finish. The TCY12E is a part of the Ibanez Talman Series, featuring a unique double cutaway body built from mahogany, and delivers a warm soft tone possessing plenty of depth. An open pore natural finish helps the wood breath increasing its resonance. The TCY12E also features an Ibanez Under Saddle pickup and AEQ-2T preamp to provide amplification.
